Landscape Architecture is a diverse profession where there is no one size fits all in any part of it. I barely use Sketchup, but when I do it is the free download version of Sketchup 2016 simply because I don’t have a need to invest any more into it for what I do.

Your market and clientele should be the ultimate decider in what the graphic expectations are. Software can limit or expand your capabilities, but your clientele will expand or limit how far you can take your capabilities.

It is more viable to go a long way with a little than to be all dressed up with no place to go.

My question was as AutoCad user, in order to improve layouts and 1st scketch perspectives in an easy way. Otherwise I use AutoCad for project drawings.
